Who we are
Double R Tech LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a Kansas company based in Olathe, Kansas. We build and manage websites for small businesses, and we run a missed-call text-back service for our own business line and for our business clients.
Information we collect
- When you contact us. If you call or email us, we get your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
- From our clients. Business contact details, billing details, and the content and photos for their websites.
- Through the text-back service. The phone number of people who call Double R Tech or a client business, the time of the call, a record of whether the caller pressed 1 to ask for a text, and the text messages exchanged.
- When you visit this website. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you or your business asked for.
- To send the text-back reply after a missed call, keep the conversation going, and give the business you called a summary of the conversation.
- To keep records of consent and opt-outs, and to honor STOP requests.
How we share it
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share information only:
- With the business you called, so it can see and follow up on your conversation.
- With service providers that run the technology for us, such as our phone and texting provider and, for the AI receptionist option, our AI provider. They may use it only to provide that service.
- When the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation and consent records for as long as we need them to provide the service, support the business you contacted, and show that texts were sent properly. After that, we delete them or remove the details that identify you.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
- Email us to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to delete it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
