Who runs the program

The Double R Tech Text-Back program is run by Double R Tech LLC, a Kansas company based in Olathe, Kansas. We run it for our own business line and for the businesses that use our missed-call text-back service. Every text names the business it's from.

What the program is

If you call Double R Tech, or a business that uses our service, and the call isn't answered, a short recorded message asks whether you'd like a text. Texting is optional: only if you press 1 will you receive a text from that business about your call. If you don't press 1, you won't be texted. You can reply to tell the business what you need, and the business, or an automated assistant working for it, replies by text.

The texts are replies about your call. They are not marketing or promotional messages. How callers agree to texts is explained on our consent page.

Message frequency

One text after a missed call, then replies to the messages you send. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one final message confirming you've opted out, and no more texts after that. If you change your mind, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
