These terms describe the text messaging program operated by Double R Tech on behalf of its business clients.

The program

If you call a business that uses our service and the call isn't answered, you may receive a text message in response. Depending on the business, that may be a single standard reply or an ongoing conversation with an AI receptionist. You are opted in to this program by calling the business directly — no separate sign-up is required.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the business and is not on a fixed schedule.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving further texts from that conversation. You'll receive one final confirmation message.
